Fantastic service. They helped us after my mum’s watch was sent to Europe by the dealer (it took several months and cost almost as much as the price of the watch) and it still didn’t work when it came back!
The guys at Watch Surgeon got it fixed in a few days including changing a part!
A very reasonable price and they even had a protective case to keep it in rather than a piece of tissue like the dealer did!

I brought in a vintage Piaget for a full service, as it had been running fast.
The service was absolutely outstanding — the watch now runs perfectly and keeps time as it should.

I had them service and repair my vintage King Seiko. Only one week turnaround on it! It came back looking great and running great! They were able to repair a broken gear in the movement as well. All in, they charged me QR1000 for the service and repair, which is an excellent price! I definitely recommend the professionals at Watch Surgeon!

I am just exhilarated that I found this place to repair my vintage automatic Citizen. It was supposed to be "unreparable" until I went to this store. The professionalism was exceptional.
